1. Whole-house rental
The house is rented exclusively in its entirety, on a per-night basis. We do not rent individual rooms.
2. Number of guests
The house accommodates up to 10 people. The number of guests declared at booking applies.
3. CCTV
The external walls of the building and the parking area are covered by CCTV.
4. Check-in and check-out
The stay day runs from 16:00 to 10:00. Check-in is usually between 16:00 and 18:00; other times are possible by prior arrangement.
5. Handover of keys
Keys are handed over on presentation of an identity document of the Guests' Representative, who is liable for damage caused by accompanying persons.
6. No subletting
The property may not be made available to third parties. Exceeding the declared number of guests without the Owner's consent results in immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.
7. Lost keys
A fee of PLN 100 is charged for lost keys.
8. Safety
Guests use the hot tub, sauna and playground at their own risk; children only under adult supervision. Please follow the rules posted at the sauna and hot tub.
9. No smoking
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited throughout the property.
10. Footwear
Walking in high-heeled shoes or ski boots inside the house is not allowed.
11. Strong odours
Frying fish, drying mushrooms and similar activities are prohibited. The Guest will be charged for the cost of deodorisation.
12. Faults
Please report any faults or damage occurring during your stay without delay.
13. Personal appliances
Use of personal electrical appliances, gas cylinders and other additional equipment requires the Owner's consent.
14. Pets
We do not accept pets.
15. Returning the property
The house must be returned in the condition in which it was received: with dishes washed, the fridge emptied and garden furniture in its place. Otherwise the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
16. Improper use
Additional fees apply for improper use of the property, unjustified use of fire extinguishers or moving equipment.
17. Quiet hours
Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 06:00. During this time please behave in a way that does not disturb other guests.
18. Supplier outages
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions to electricity, water, TV signal or internet caused by the providers.
